Carrot Partners with ŌURA and Dexcom to Power Metabolic-Fertility Health with Biometric Data

    What You Should Know:

    – Carrot, a global fertility and family care platform announced a significant strategic partnership with ŌURA, the smart ring company, and Dexcom, the global leader in glucose biosensing. The collaboration introduces a novel, integrated approach to supporting fertility and family-building goals through Carrot’s clinically-backed metabolic-fertility program, Sprints.

    – The partnership is marked by a first-of-its-kind integration with Stelo by Dexcom (the FDA-cleared glucose biosensor available without a prescription). Enrolled Carrot members will gain access to integrated data from the Oura Ring and Stelo, allowing them to track critical biometrics and receive expert clinical support from Carrot.

    Insights for the Metabolic-Fertility Journey

The Sprints program is designed to help members overcome fertility obstacles caused by common markers of metabolic disorder, such as obesity, blood sugar dysregulation, and sperm damage. By integrating wearable technology data, Carrot’s clinical teams—trained on interpreting ŌURA and Stelo data—translate raw biometrics into personalized, evidence-based care planning.

Integrated data streams provide members and their care teams with a holistic picture of metabolic-fertility health, including meaningful analysis of:

    • Period cycle patterns and pinpointing fertile windows.
    • Sleep quality and stress management.
    • Activity and glucose level trends.

For members in the pre-pregnancy phase (Premester), this visibility provides critical factors for improving health outcomes. Members can also combine support from a Carrot nutritionist with real-time tracking using the Oura Meals feature, offering a comprehensive view of how lifestyle impacts metabolic health and fertility readiness.

Sprints participants will gain access to Oura Ring devices and Stelos starting in November 2025, with the full data integrations between Carrot, ŌURA, and Dexcom becoming available in early 2026. This partnership serves as a foundation, with plans to expand wearable technology support into all life stages that Carrot serves.

Hilary Bartlett, Chief Product Officer of Carrot, highlighted the necessity of pairing data with expertise: “Putting data in the hands of our members is an important first step, but it needs to be paired with actionable support from experts to improve health outcomes”.
