The following six digital health startups were accepted into the fall cohort:
- DischargePath: This company uses a combination of RPA/AI and services to help patients reach the appropriate hospital length of stay and transition to the next level of care with the necessary services for recovery.
- Full Health Clarity: This company focuses on understanding medical device performance in the real world. Its solution, TRACE, links medical devices to clinical encounters to improve understanding of outcomes, manage recalls, and set preferences.
- HealthHQ: An AI-powered mobile app that helps families track health patterns, uncover hidden triggers, and create healthier routines tailored to their child’s specific needs.
- New Day Therapeutics: This company supports people with PTSD, anxiety, and depression through an AI-guided program of daily, low-dose oral ketamine. The program uses an app to monitor adherence and results.
- PulseGuard AI: A clinical automation platform for hospitals and urgent care centers. It helps healthcare organizations close safety gaps, capture missed revenue, and reduce compliance risk within existing EMR workflows.
- TritonX: An innovative wearable device with backend analytics that monitors people for fluid imbalances associated with chronic kidney disease, heart failure, and other conditions.
