    Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations

    Oracle Health & Baylor College of Medicine

    The partners will leverage Oracle’s AI data platform and Real-World Data (RWD), containing over 120 million patient records, to create one of the nation’s largest cohorts for alcohol-related liver disease (ALD) research. The goal is to accelerate the earlier identification and more effective treatment of ALD.

    Certara & Veeva

    Certara has joined the Veeva AI Partner Program to integrate its CoAuthor generative AI technology with Veeva RIM. This aims to simplify and expedite regulatory submissions by allowing regulatory writers to directly link source files, potentially cutting first-draft time by 30%.

    Altera Digital Health & Health Gorilla

    Altera’s new Sunrise Axon solution, which delivers real-time, deduplicated patient information into the EHR, was built in partnership with Health Gorilla (a Qualified Health Information Network/QHIN). This enables secure, standards-based interoperability aligned with TEFCA and access to clinical data from over 220 million patients.

    Eleos & Google Cloud

    Eleos launched Polaris AI for post-acute care, built in collaboration with Google Cloud. This is an advanced foundational AI model for behavioral health, trained on millions of real-world sessions, and deployed on Google Cloud’s secure, HIPAA-compliant infrastructure to ensure the highest security standards.

    Ada Health & Fullspan Health

    They partnered to integrate Ada’s clinical AI into Fullspan’s extensive consumer reach. The goal is to reduce time to treatment by providing personalized guidance and tailored pathways, aiming to close diagnostic gaps in areas like autoimmune conditions and women’s health.

    Verizon Business (with Ericsson) & Healthcare Providers

    Verizon executed deals with major providers like AdventHealth and Tampa General Hospital to deploy combination Neutral Host and Private 5G Networks.     Hoppr releaes a new foundation model released during Breast Cancer Awareness Month to help developers accelerate AI innovation in breast imaging. Internal testing shows a ROC-AUC of 0.92 for cancer detection, giving developers a powerful, secure starting point.

    Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Industry Recognition

    Machinify Acquires Performant Healthcare

    Machinify closed the acquisition of Performant Healthcare for approximately $670 million. This deal expands Machinify’s AI-powered payment intelligence platform to serve a broader range of clients, including government programs, solidifying its position in payment accuracy across the commercial and government payer markets.

    KLAS Emerging Solutions Top 20

    KLAS recognized 20 emerging companies with the greatest potential to disrupt and improve healthcare, aligning with the Quadruple Aim (Improve Outcomes, Reduce Cost, Improve Patient Experience, Improve Clinician Experience). Ambience Healthcare, DeepScribe, Artisight, AmplifyMD, and Onpoint Healthcare Partners were recognized across multiple categories.

    CB Insights Digital Health 50

    New report highlights the top 50 private companies with strong growth potential, noting that 47 out of 50 are developing AI solutions. Key trends include a shift from reactive to preventive care, the use of workflow automation to combat provider burnout, and the rise of voice AI agents automating patient phone-based workflows.

    Record Healthcare AI Spending and Acceleration

    The inaugural Menlo Ventures State of AI in Healthcare Report states that AI spending in healthcare reached $1.4 billion in 2025, nearly tripling the previous year, with healthcare organizations adopting AI 2.2x faster than the broader economy.

    Focus on Documentation and RCM

    The largest spending categories are ambient clinical documentation ($600M) and coding and billing automation ($450M). Provider organizations account for $1 billion (75%) of this spend.

    Validated AI for Diagnostics

    ARUP Laboratories announced the publication of an article on its validation of a deep convolutional neural network (CNN) for parasite detection in stool. The AI algorithm showed better clinical sensitivity and detected 169 additional organisms not originally identified manually, making ARUP the first lab to apply AI screening to the entire ova and parasite testing process.
