Given that sleep is essential for maintaining our physical and mental wellbeing, you may well want to gain more insight into your rest. If so, I’ve got good news for you. One of my favorite sleep trackers I’ve tested is currently on sale: you can buy the Oura Ring 3 Horizon Gold – Size 9 from Best Buy for $381.99 (was $449).

Not only is this a significant saving, but it’s almost $120 cheaper than the upgraded Ring 4. That makes it an excellent choice if you’re not fussed about the latter’s more comfortable build or slightly boosted accuracy.

Hands down its best Presidents‘ Day sales price though is the fact you can pick up the Oura Ring 3 Heritage Black – Size 11 from Best Buy for $254.99 (was $299) – that’s a seriously good saving given it contains all of the same smarts. Alternatively, if black’s not your bag, you can also get the Heritage – Size 11 in the same gold finish as the Horizon from Best Buy for $381.99 (was $449).

Want more detail on these bargain ring deals? Check them out below.

As I’ve always struggled with fatigue, I’m fascinated by the kind of information that sleep trackers can unlock. I recently tested 3 top sleep trackers to see if they could detect my sleep apnea and as a part of that I spent several months with the Oura Ring 3 pretty much glued to my finger, meaning I’ve got a lot of – excuse the pun – hands-on experience with it.

During all my time living with the device, I’ve learnt it really does offer some superbly detailed sleep analysis. I definitely concur with our Oura Ring Gen 3 review in which we said it’s ‚one of the most accurate sleep trackers we’ve tested‘ – whether you’re wanting to monitor your sleep latency, oxygen saturation, or sleep cycles, it offers impressively precise data.

And while it’s now been succeeded by the Oura Ring 4, most of the improvements to the latter focus improved comfort and increased accuracy. The Ring 3 is still able to track the same metrics and offers the same feature set, meaning it’s still a great choice if you don’t quite think you can afford to stump up the $349 or $499 for its equivalent Black or Gold models.

If you fancy something with a screen or just don’t see yourself as a ring person, don’t worry: our guide to the best sleep trackers offers plenty of alternative ways to supervise your shuteye.
