Appointment highlights Cardiosense’s growth trajectory following FDA clearance, clinical milestones, and expanded leadership team
CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Cardiosense, a digital health company pioneering AI-enabled solutions for cardiac disease management, today announced the appointment of Eric Meizlish as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Meizlish, a seasoned healthcare technology executive with experience scaling innovative health platforms, will lead the company through its next phase of growth, succeeding co-founder Amit Gupta, who will continue as Chief Strategy Officer.

Meizlish brings deep expertise in healthcare innovation and leadership, with a track record of building growth-stage companies and driving transformative partnerships. He co-founded and served as president of Lumere, a clinical evidence and analytics company acquired by Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX), where he later served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. Most recently, he was CEO of Prendio-BioProcure, a leading cloud-based eProcurement platform for the life sciences industry.

Over the past six months, the company has secured FDA 510(k) clearance of its CardioTag™ sensor, published breakthrough peer-reviewed results from the SEISMIC-HF I study, and advanced enrollment in its pivotal SEISMIC-HF II study.
