A New CEO for Healthcare AI

    What You Should Know

    • The News: Healthcare AI company Innovaccer has partnered with digital services giant Coforge to launch G-Forge, a joint initiative designed to operationalize AI in healthcare.
    • The Strategy: The partnership combines Innovaccer’s “Gravity” AI infrastructure with Coforge’s implementation muscle, creating a “Healthcare AI Center of Excellence” to bridge the gap between having data and using it.
    • The Focus: The initiative targets the heavy-lifting areas of healthcare operations: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), care management, and member experience, moving beyond “incremental improvements” to systemic transformation.

Innovaccer and Coforge Partner to Scale “Responsible” Healthcare AI

Innovaccer and Coforge have launched a strategic partnership aimed at accelerating the adoption of “responsible” AI across the healthcare ecosystem. Central to this collaboration is G-Forge, a joint initiative that combines Innovaccer’s Gravity AI platform with Coforge’s expertise in large-scale enterprise transformation. This partnership addresses a critical “governance gap” by providing healthcare organizations with a secure, HITRUST-compliant framework to modernize data foundations and improve clinical and financial outcomes.

    Bridging the Gap with “G-Forge”

The core of this partnership is the integration of Innovaccer’s Gravity platform—a secure, HITRUST-compliant AI foundation—with Coforge’s workforce. As the “preferred platinum implementation partner,” Coforge isn’t just reselling software; they are building a Healthcare AI Center of Excellence.

This is a move to solve the fragmentation problem. Hospitals often have data siloed in legacy systems and AI tools that don’t talk to the Electronic Health Record (EHR). G-Forge aims to deploy “forward-deployed engineers” who work side-by-side with customers to integrate these disparate pieces.

Sudhir Singh, CEO & Executive Director, Coforge, said, “This partnership reflects our shared belief that the future of healthcare lies in the convergence of intelligent automation, data and patient-centric design. As Innovaccer’s platinum implementation partner, Coforge will bring the certainty of deployment and scale to help healthcare enterprises realize the full potential of Gravity AI. Together, we aim to unlock new business models, establish co-innovation labs, and deliver measurable outcomes that improve care delivery and operational efficiency.”

    Moving Beyond “Incrementalism”

The partnership targets three notoriously difficult operational areas:

    1. Revenue Cycle Management (RCM): Automating the complex billing and claims processes that bleed hospital margins.
    2. Care Management: Moving from reactive treatment to proactive population health.
    3. Member/Provider Experience: Fixing the broken digital front door of healthcare.

Preeti Singh, EVP at Coforge, puts a fine point on the market demand: “Clients across the healthcare ecosystem are demanding solutions that deliver measurable impact, not just incremental improvements.”

In 2026, a 2% efficiency gain is no longer enough to save a struggling health system. They need structural change. By combining the “brain” (Innovaccer’s AI) with the “hands” (Coforge’s engineers), G-Forge is positioning itself as the mechanic for the modern health system.
