Collaboration connects clinical care with real-time intelligence to give government agencies a fuller picture of people, assets, and environments

MESA, Ariz.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Iveda® (NASDAQ: IVDA), a global provider of cloud-based AI video search, surveillance, and smart infrastructure technologies, today announced a strategic partnership with GlobalMed®, a leader in digital health solutions and federal healthcare delivery. The partnership combines GlobalMed’s established virtual-care ecosystem and government expertise with Iveda’s AI-powered situational awareness technologies to deliver more comprehensive, intelligent solutions for government agencies.

As Iveda’s Strategic Government Partner, GlobalMed brings more than two decades of experience navigating federal requirements and deploying mission-critical technology across government, defense, healthcare, and austere environments. Through the partnership, GlobalMed will help bring IvedaAI™, Iveda Smart Drones, IvedaRTLS™, and IvedaCare™ to government customers through established, compliant procurement channels.

Iveda Smart Drones mark the first major procurement milestone of the partnership. Iveda’s advanced AI-powered Rotary Wing Unmanned Aircraft Systems are now available for immediate government order through GlobalMed via the Defense Logistics Agency’s Tailored Logistics Support (TLS) contract vehicle, giving federal and defense agencies a swifter and more seamless, compliant pathway to procure and deploy the technology.

The partnership extends beyond product resale. The companies are actively evaluating opportunities to natively integrate Iveda’s AI, location intelligence, aerial visibility, and remote-care capabilities with GlobalMed’s existing systems. The shared goal is to provide government organizations with a more complete operating picture by connecting clinical insight with real-time awareness of people, assets, facilities, and surrounding environments. Potential applications include military installations, veterans’ care, correctional facilities, disaster response, remote clinics, and other environments where timely information and coordinated action are critical.

“At GlobalMed, our mission is to create a world without disparity of care® by making the best quality healthcare accessible wherever it is needed,” said Joel E. Barthelemy, founder and CEO of GlobalMed. “For more than two decades, we have helped government agencies bring secure virtual care and critical medical equipment into some of the most demanding environments. Through our partnership with Iveda, we can build on that foundation by adding AI-powered, intelligent situational awareness to the healthcare encounter. This makes the systems agencies already depend on smarter, more connected, and even more responsive to the mission at hand.”

“Joel and I share a belief that the best partnerships are built around solving the whole problem, not simply adding another product,” said David Ly, CEO and founder of Iveda. “GlobalMed has built an extraordinary ecosystem for extending secure, high-quality care into some of the world’s most demanding environments. By combining that foundation with Iveda’s real-time intelligence, we can create solutions that help government teams understand what is happening, locate the people and resources that matter, and make better decisions when every second counts.”

The collaboration brings together two Arizona-headquartered technology companies: GlobalMed in Scottsdale and Iveda in Mesa. Their proximity, complementary platforms, and shared focus on practical, high-impact innovation create a strong foundation for continued product integration and joint go-to-market activity.
