Invitation-only Leaders Summit, keynote by IMD’s Jim Pulcrano and pioneering discussion on Hybrid Drugs headline Tech Tour’s flagship growth health investment programme
Lausanne, Switzerland (30 June-1 July 2026) — Europe has the science, talent, and entrepreneurial ambition to build global health leaders. The challenge now is scaling them.
To accelerate that ambition, Tech Tour Growth Health 2026 will bring together Europe’s most promising growth-stage health companies, leading investors, and healthcare executives in an intimate high-end location at IMD Business School in Lausanne on 30 June–1 July. The flagship programme will convene 42 selected digital health and medtech companies, alongside over 90 investors and industry experts, creating one of Europe’s most influential gatherings focused on scaling health innovation. Participating investors collectively represent more than 3,000 investments and over €330 billion in investment activity, while the selected companies have raised more than €550 million in funding.
At the heart of the event is a simple mission: helping Europe’s most promising health technology companies become globally competitive category leaders.
Europe’s Health Leaders Meet – Real Entrepreneur Stories, Behind Closed Doors
A major highlight of this year’s programme is the invitation-only EU Digital Health Leaders Summit, an exclusive gathering of 30 founders and CEOs behind some of Europe’s most successful digital health scale-ups, collectively generating over €2 billion in revenues. After the first two successful editions at Tech Tour Growth Health 2025 and Frontiers Health 2025, we again co-host the 3rd edition of this Summit.
Participants include leaders from Owkin, Oviva, Neuronation, Dr.Dropin, HelloBetter, Mindler, Yazen Health, Wellster, S3 Connected Health, Sidekick Health, Numan, 1000Farmacie, HealthHero, HILO, PraxisEins, and Caresyntax, alongside leading the 1st edition of the EU Medtech Leaders Summit, hosting innovators from Aspivix, CorFlow Therapeutics, Argá Medtech, and Cardiawave.
Held behind closed doors at IMD Business School, the Summit is designed to foster candid discussions on scaling healthcare businesses, international expansion, fundraising, AI adoption, and operational excellence. By bringing together founders who have already built category-leading companies, the Summit offers a unique platform for sharing the lessons, challenges, and decisions behind successful growth.
Scale or Fail: The Critical Role of Investors in Healthtech Growth
A keynote by Jim Pulcrano, Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship and Management at IMD Business School, will address one of the defining questions facing Europe’s innovation ecosystem: why do so many breakthrough companies fail to scale?
In “Scale or Fail: The Role of Investors,” Jim will examine how investors can accelerate — or hinder—the journey from innovation to global impact, and what Europe must do to transform world-class science into world-class healthtech companies.
A Programme Focused on Scaling Europe’s Health Champions
From investor-founder alignment and AI-driven healthcare to exits, acquisitions, and the future of integrated care, the programme features keynote sessions from Jim Pulcrano (IMD Business School) and Thomas Clozel (Owkin), exclusive insights from Roberto Ascione’s entrepreneurial journey spanning two exits and a management buyout, the first public discussion with Neuronation founder Jakob Futorjanski following the company’s acquisition by Schwabe Group, and a standout fireside chat on the groundbreaking promise of Hybrid Drugs featuring Emre Ozcan (Merck Healthcare) and Michal Tsur (Remepy). The programme is hosted by leading growth investors, including Roberta Ferrari, Managing Director at EQT Life Sciences and Vice President of Tech Tour Growth Health 2026, with perspectives on the evolving European scale-up ecosystem and the next generation of growth capital initiatives designed to help European innovation compete on a global stage.
Redefinition of Value – Radical AI and the Future of European Healthcare
Artificial intelligence will be a defining theme throughout Tech Tour Growth Health 2026. Founders, investors, and industry leaders will explore how AI is reshaping healthcare delivery, accelerating innovation, and enabling European companies to compete globally from day one.
More importantly, discussions will focus on practical implementation—where AI creates defensible competitive advantages, drives capital efficiency, and helps scale healthcare businesses across fragmented markets.
